ZEN BRANDED LUBRICANTS
Our lubricants business is supported by our partners Oryx and AECI Speciality Chemicals who assist with supply and technical services.
ZEN started blending its own branded lubricants with key partner Oryx Energies in 2010, and with a blending capacity including:
- Engine Oils
- Transmission Oils
- Hydraulic Oils
- Gear Oils
- Synthetic Oils in Various pack sizes
The Oryx formulations carrying the API licenses as well as all other Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications are re-branded as ZEN Lubricants.
AECI Speciality Chemicals (Chem Systems): Chem Systems specialises in grease and high-performance lubricants. They have a particular focus on mining applications, and appointed ZEN as the West African distributor for their specialty products.

Oil Testing and Condition Monitoring with WearCheck
ZEN engaged WearCheck South Africa to enter the condition monitoring market in Ghana in 2012. WearCheck works as an independent laboratory service with no bias to any lubricants brand or company and offers a fully independent third-party service, confidential to clients, for the testing of used lubricants for condition monitoring.
WearCheck specialises in reliability solutions services and the scientific analysis of oil and other fluids from mechanical and electrical systems. Their work helps boost the availability and reliability of components, thereby empowering our clients to operate more efficiently and save money on maintenance.
Our state-of-the-art testing centre conducts transformer oil, coolant and fuel analysis amongst a host of additional services, in addition to traditional used oil analysis.
